PREDICTION #1: TikTok will continue to grow and be the front runner for growth in social media platforms

As TikTok’s influence in the social media sphere increases, its ability to drive growth and engagement is undeniable. Its staying power has made it one of the most popular platforms for businesses both small and large.

Just five years ago, most of us had never heard of TikTok or we thought it was a passing phase. But, with over 1 Billion Users and growing, it is here to stay.

Here’s another interesting fact: in a survey of Android phone users, people spent more hours per week on TikTok than YouTube. This is impressive for a young network, but perhaps less surprising if you consider that TikTok is designed for smartphones.

PREDICTION #3: YouTube will have a comeback

YouTube is poised for a major resurgence, with exciting new features and content on the horizon. Since they released YouTube shorts, creators are jumping back in.

YouTube still has the power of Google behind it and we also love YouTube ads as a pay-per-click platform.

There has not been a slow-down with the Influencer Marketing world. It will continue to grow, but especially with influencers that have a smaller following, not just influencers with millions of followers.

Influencers marketing a product is one of the top formats for selling. Put them in a video talking about how great your product is and this is a winning combo. A great example (and a product I have been eyeing) is Evenskyn. They use a number of YouTube creators to do a video about the results they got from using their product.
