Hootsuite.com
Hootsuite is a dashboard to improve maintenance of your social media profiles. You can get the the tool for free for five social media platforms, but also integrate with additional platforms. This lets you posts and pre-schedule updates, engage with your followers/audience/clients and even run analytics on your social media activities.
Buffer lets you pre-schedule contents across your different social media platforms. A toolbar may be installed in your browser so when you find something interesting, you can simply click on the Buffer button. Imagine a queue of your content and Buffer posts it all through the day.
Post Planner is used on Facebook. It lets you schedule ahead of time on multiple pages you administer in Facebook. Apart from scheduling posts, it even provides status ideas which could be useful at times that you run out of ideas to share.
